💅 SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION
- Your Fit, Your Responsibility: Choosing the correct nail size is entirely the customer's responsibility. Please use our measuring guide or purchase a sizing kit.
- Custom Sizing: Provide exact millimeter measurements from thumb to pinky in the order notes or via DM.
- All Sales Custom: Because every set is custom-made to order, we cannot offer exchanges, refunds, or replacements for incorrect sizes.
⏳ PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
- Standard Turnaround: Production takes roughly 2–3 business days after payment is secured and verified.
- Handcrafted Art: Every set is 100% hand painted. Minor variances in art or color placement may occur.
💳 SECURE PAYMENTS
- Accepted Methods: We accept secure payments processed through Square, Zelle, and Venmo.
- Order Confirmation: Production begins only after full payment has been successfully received.
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $5.00 flat rate on all standard orders.
- Tracking & Responsibility: A tracking number is provided upon shipment. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- Address Check: The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
🛑 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
- All Sales Final: Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products and custom creation, we do not accept returns or refunds.
- Cancellations: Must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
